Pannonia Painting Service Pty Ltd provides residential and commercial painting services in Perth and Western Australia. All services are performed with due care and skill, and in accordance with professional standards. We will confirm service details, timing, and pricing in writing before any work begins.
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if additional work or materials are required beyond the original scope. We will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any changes.
Payment is due in accordance with the schedule provided in your quote or invoice. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee to cover preparation costs. We reserve the right to reschedule if circumstances beyond our control arise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if the services we provide are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not provided with due care and skill.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pannonia Painting Service Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Any materials, photos, or testimonials shared with us remain your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them for promotional purposes.
We may suspend or terminate these Terms or your access to our services at any time without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. Sections 7 (Limitation of liability), 8 (ACL rights), 9 (Intellectual property), and 11 (Governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Western Australia.
